Crossfit Team

Dagens Team-pass (som jag körde ihop med Henke, igen)gick ut på att den ena rodd, gjorde burpees och thrusters så höll den andra i olika positioner. Man bytte när den andre inte orkade längre tills man hade klarat av nedan.

WOD 1
Complete The Following For Time
Row 750 Meters, While Partner Holds (60/45 pounds) In The Front Rack Position (30kg)
50 Burpees, While Partner Holds (45/30 pounds) Overhead (15kg)
50 Thrusters, (45/30 pounds) While Partner Holds The Dip Support Position (25kg)
 

Partners May Switch During Each Exercise But Repetitions Will Only Count While The Other Partner Is Holding The Required Position. Each Pair Of Athletes Must Complete All The Repetitions Before Moving To The Next Exercise.

WOD 2
Deadlift hold (65kg)/ 1000m row
Monkeyhold/ 50 frontsquat (30kg)
Hollow hold/ 50 burpees

Time: 13 min
